      Terms & Conditions

Congratulations on having an InvisiBeam by Fortress Stabilization Systems vertical wall reinforcement system installed in your home. This warranty provides for replacement of defective components should any part of the system fail from lateral loading or workmanship of material due to manufacturer’s defects. Fortress Stabilization Systems conditionally warrants the system for the lifetime of the foundation wall on which it was installed. The product is covered by warranty only when vertically installed by a certified Fortress Stabilization Systems installer. The warranty is conditional on the recording of the warranty within 90 days of installation of the system. Warranties filed after 90 days of installation shall cover the replacement of failed material only; labor to replace failed material shall be the responsibility of the home owner.

Should a failure occur, Fortress will pay in full for materials and labor to a Fortress certified installer to repair or replace defective material; or, at our discretion Fortress will may pay for an alternate solution at a cost equal to or less than the cost of replacing the failed components. The InvisiBeam System warranty is valid when applied to an interior foundation wall that is within the structural tolerance guidelines set forth by the American Concrete Institute, or the installation has been approved by a Professional Engineer. The manufacturer recommends substrate to be dry and free of debris. Carbon Kevlar grid strap must be laminated perpendicular to the fault of cracks. Only Fortress provided carbon kevlar, epoxy, and anchors may be used when installing the Fortress System. The system must be installed according to Fortress provided spacing guidelines and general installation standards. Failure to install anchors shall result in voiding warranty claims related to wall tipping and/or shearing. Special consideration must be given to abnormal structural movement such as a course of wall sliding or substrates leaning inward from lack of compression loads. The Fortress system may be used in conjunction with other materials to address these problems.

EXCLUSIONS: Failure due to acts of nature, including but not limited to: earthquake, flood, fire, etc., collision by equipment or vehicle, construction to the wall, settlement, or walls with a deflection related to bowing, and/or tipping, and/or shearing in excess of specification set forth by the International Concrete Repair Institute.

Fortress certified installers are not authorized agents of Fortress Stabilization Systems, LLC.
