I understand that warranty claims are only valid when Fortress products are properly installed by an authorized contractor. Any failures in material or to the structure caused by improper installation are not subject to any claim from Fortress. If an installation error is discovered in this review, Fortress will provide instruction to the original installation contractor to remedy the repair, the execution of which shall be the responsibly of the installation contractor and home owner.
