Project Scope:

Residential block foundation built in 1930s. All walls were in various modes of failure. Slab and footer were poured monolithic.  Two walls were deemed too far out of tolerance to repair and were therefore replaced.

Solution:

InvisiBeam Carbon Kevlar straps with top anchor and bottom anti-shearing anchor were used on remaining walls, which allowed the contractor to save a major portion of foundation as well as saving homeowner expense of replacement.
